TH PACE of Pensacola is Now Open!
Trinity Health PACE is excited to expand our footprint to the beautiful state of Florida and open our doors to the communities of Northwest Florida.
Trinity Health PACE programs are nationally recognized for providing high quality, holistic care for the seniors in our communities. PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, and our full-circle care helps seniors age in place while getting all of their medical and social needs met. As one of the largest PACE providers in the country, we proudly care for over 3,000 seniors.
Trinity Health PACE of Pensacola will serve seniors in the Escambia and Santa Rosa counties as we open our center, standing at 20,000 square feet. Initially, we will have the capacity for 200 participants, and hope to continue growing our presence and caring for seniors across the community. In addition, we estimate over 100 new employment opportunities.
Trinity Health PACE of Pensacola’s community-based care gives seniors the support they need to live on their own or with family. Participants who qualify will receive a wide range of services including:
- Primary, Preventative, and Nursing Care
- Specialist Providers
- Telehealth
- Transportation
- Physical, Occupational, Speech and Recreation Therapies
- Prescribed Medications
- Medical Equipment and Supplies
- Vision, Hearing, Dental and Podiatry Care
- Adult Wellness Center
- Nutrition Guidance
- Hospitalizations, Skilled Nursing/Rehab
- Behavioral Health
