Delaware Medicaid

Medicaid coverage is changing. Re-enrollment for Medicaid starts in April 2023.

Don’t lose your health coverage. Follow these steps:

Make sure your state’s Medicaid agency has your current contact information.

Check your mail for a status letter from the state.

Complete your renewal form right away (if you get one).

Don’t delay. Be sure your contact information is current. ASSIST Home (delaware.gov)

If you lose or are denied Medicaid, you can apply for affordable coverage at Healthcare.gov. You must apply within 60 days of losing coverage.
